Flaming Burger Recipe
1 lb Ground beef, Jalapenos, Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Chopped Onion, Chili Powder, Season Salt, Worcestershire Sauce. Pickles, Tomatoes, Lettuce
1. In to a bowl mix ground beef with the first the first eight ingredients. Don't over mix or the meat or it may become tough.Divide meat into four even balls. Flatten each ball. Leave the middle slightly thinner than the rest of the patty.
2. Grill to your liking. Should take 8-10 minutes per side. Flip one more time and add cheese until melted.
3. Toast buns while cheese melts. Add your choice of spreads. Top with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and pickles.
4. Serve with fries or chips. For a healthier option, choose Cruz's Cool Cole Slaw.
